Building Plans.

The Committee RECEIVED the document circulated as item 10 of the agenda (C.U.G.0./8/51).

The Committee AGREED (a) to recommend that a grant from the Colonial Development and Welfare allocation for the University of Hong Kong be made to enable the University to place orders for steel and other materials needed for its building programme, and (b) to authorize the Chairman to act on its behalf as a matter of urgency in considering the University's capital programme when it was received.
